Regional Clinical Director of Risk Management

SMA is recruiting for a clinical Regional Director of Risk Management. Five to seven years in risk management and three to five years in managing a staff are requested. Ideal candidate will handle all areas of risk: claims, legal interface, risk control, risk education, insurance/risk finance, etc. Desired background is in nursing (not legal); master’s preferred with a CPHRM. Recent experience in a hospital setting managing a staff is also required.  This is an excellent health-system, financially sound with a collaborative management style where you will be a part of the executive team. Four facilities located in two states while the corporate facility is in a large city environment.
